Jeremy Bentham, I think? We studied him last year in Higher Philosophy, but I have mostly forgotten all of it now :-( But I we were looking at Utilitarian versus Kantian moral viewpoints on issues such as War, Justice and other-things-that-are-lost-from-my-head-because-i-studied-really-hard-at-the-last-moment-for-my-Highers-and-then-promptly-forgot-it-all.
I still got a B though, hurrah!
